An ice cream shop in Australia unveils ice cream that glows in the dark. It can light up a room or street in the evening. The company '196 Below' specializes the ice cream with liquid nitrogen.
"I used to be a dance party child in the 1990s and early 2000s and I used to make party clothes out of neon material," Steve Felice, 196 Below's co-owner, told the Daily Mail why they came up with the idea.
The UV-reactive liquid food coloring used as an ingredient is said to be completely safe to eat and has been certified by the TGA, Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration.
The scoops of glow in the dark ice cream costs $8.50 per serving. It is currently available in three different flavors: pine-lime, raspberry and mango-passionfruit.
